Greystone Home Inspections, LLC is fully owned and operated by Marty Smith. I conduct home inspections and environmental testing on one family, multifamily, estates (multiple residences/outbuildings), and small commercial properties.
I perform pre-sale inspections, new construction inspections, and pre-listing inspections. I am dedicated to performing high quality, thorough home inspections on a case by case basis. The length of an inspection typically runs for 3-4 hours, but there is no set time limit. Some homes that may have been neglected or poorly built can take much longer. Each house has a different story to tell. My philosophy for inspecting homes is simple. I inspect every home as if I were buying it for my family. As a result, my reports are detailed and comprehensive.
